Daryl was  born and raised in Orange County, California.  After graduating Newport Harbor High School, he attended and graduated from  Stanford University with a bachelor's degree in Economics.  Since graduating the Santa Clara University School of Law, he has practiced law exclusively in California, with his office always located in Orange County, California.  As a result, he understands the unique needs of the families and businesses in this area and knows the  applicable state and local laws intimately.
